Sizing.

Dorothy measurements are approximate. Length is measured from shoulder to hem, and width from underarm to underarm.

Please be aware that due to the nature of hand knitting with natural fibres the sizing can vary up to 2cm each side of the stated measurements.

Shipping.

We ship worldwide. Check out our shipping rates below. Please be aware local taxes, import duties and customs clearance fees that may apply to your shipment once it reaches its designated country are not covered by Dorothy. If you are unsure about the policy for your own country please contact your local customs office for more details.

Care.

  • Store your jumper folded rather than on a hanger.

  • Wash (by hand) only when absolutely necessary – often a spell hanging in fresh air can refresh your jumper.

  • TO WASH Immerse your jumper in cool water using a recommended natural wool detergent and soak for approximately 5 minutes Agitate very gently by hand. Rinse in cool clear water

  • TO DRY Gently squeeze out excess water (Can be rolled in a towel to do this) Dry flat in its natural shape in the shade on a colourfast towel.

  • DO NOT WASH IN MACHINE

  • DO NOT TUMBLE DRY

  • DO NOT DRY CLEAN

  • Some wool has a tendency to pill, it is not a defect, but rather a natural result of friction. Carefully cut the pills off with a pair of scissors. Mohair may also naturally shed a few fluffy bits – these can also be very carefully trimmed if they are not to your liking.

    Because your jumper is totally handcrafted with natural fibres some imperfections may occur. Please enjoy the individuality of your jumper.

Returns:

If you change your mind about your jumper we do accept returns. However as we are a very small busines, return shipping is at the cost of the purchaser and any fees incurred by us in the sales transaction will be deducted from the refund amount.
